Thanks to the experience of Alcalá Oliva, which selects both extra virgin olive oil and lemon natural flavour with the ideal organoleptic characteristics in suitable proportions, creating this balanced product with fresh citric notes. It is obtained through a rigorous mixing process of the two ingredients, minimizing the handling of the raw materials and controlling the variables of mixing time, speed, and temperature.

We carry out the manufacturing of both the packaging process and the final single-serve, with its authentic and genuine packaging, faithful reflection of the fruit of the olive, which has become our distinctive sign.

 Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, natural lemon essential oil.

 Tasting notes: fresh and intense citric aroma with herbaceous notes. Slightly bitter.

 Serving suggestions: it is ideal for salads, vegetables, rice, baked fish, and some variety of meat, such as chicken skewers, even for baking.

 Storage: store in a cool place, away from heat sources and protected from light.

This extra virgin olive oil is the result of a careful selection of the best olives at the optimal ripening, mainly of the Picual variety. Each packaging contains 8ml.
