It is obtained through a rigorous mixing process of the two ingredients, minimizing the handling of the raw materials and controlling the variables of mixing time, speed, and temperature.

We carry out the manufacturing of both the packaging process and the final single-serve, with its authentic and genuine packaging, faithful reflection of the fruit of the olive, which has become our distinctive sign.

Product information

 Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (70%), balsamic vinegar (30%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, (content SULFITES), colour: E 150d).

 Tasting notes: complex aromatic notes of woods and cocoa, typical of the balsamic vinegar, with green fruity notes. A honeyed and sweet sensation of a very balanced product.

 Serving suggestions: it is a perfect dressing for any kind of salads, for dipping, for raw or cooked vegetables.

 Storage: store in a cool place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
